2	Middle aged guy loses 100lbs in 1 year (INSPIRATIONAL) It's not that difficult really. I lost 100lb in 9 months. Cut out sugar and alcohol, lower your carb intake, and spend at least 30 mins (preferably 1 hour) per day walking and it'll fall off. These people can be brought back into the fold, either by convincing them, or by force (shame). By being an Atheist/MGTOW, you're refusing to even step into their domain,and you cannot be swayed, and by doing so you're calling their entire belief system into question.
