You have no more time for energy vampires and time wasters. People who burden you with their grief, their whining and their complaining I kinda get what you are saying but if people in genuine grief reach out to you then it's always better to at least listen to them.. unless you hate that person or something

That's great soccer requires both mental and physical effort so that definitely should help you. You should look into High Intensity Cardio as well. That along with lifting has been found to be important in increasing your testosterone level which should make you a more confident person
