When I stopped picturing myself as a victim of my upbringing and realized I needed to become a leadership figure not only for myself but my family. To me it's awesome to see so many teens on here. If I had had access to this sub when I was younger, it would have saved me a lot of stress throughout my 20s. Try bjj too. Lifting is great but learning how to use that extra strength you acquire in a technical way will give you even greater confidence.
