Luckily, you're completely rational in all of this. The thing that gets me about feminazi 'feminism' is that they seem to think other women should not have a choice in what to believe. Which isn't very feminist at all.

Ah, thats my curiosity solved! :p I can imagine you've had a very very hard time, and you are a good woman with a strong head on your shoulders. I wish you all the best for your future, and your boyfriend! I hope this hasn't caused permanent damage. I look forward to reading the update where she gets the lawsuit she deserves.

It's totally fine, we all misread from time to time. But trust me when I say that from the opposite side of the coin I really honestly feel for OP and her partner. Rape cases can be dragged out for a long time and an accusation like that becomes a permanent stain. He is very lucky to have a good woman who shows her support.

I'm glad you got what I was trying to say! This is a point where I can't work out the logic behind feminist/radfem thinking. There is no such thing as all men are bad and all women are saints - there are bad people and good people and shades of grey inbetween.

I never said he did it at all, please don't pick and choose from my post and read it in its entirety. I was asking OP how she felt since there's so much stigma surrounding those who are falsely accused, and was doing so out of genuine curiosity. I spent the last three posts pointing out how people like the woman who accused him make life not only difficult for those who are falsely accused but also women and men who are trying to genuinely convict someone because they have been genuinely harmed.…

I was 16 at the time that I met my ex partner. He moved in with me quite soon after we met (whirlwind romance and all that), and was soon abusing me right under my mothers nose and she was no wiser. He often threatened to kill my family if I said anything, so I never did. Obviously the story runs deeper, but it was a very difficult time and during the attack where I had a head injury and one other attack, he could very easily have killed me. I am also left with some damage to the babymaker after…

You aren't being mean - you're being realistic. And I agree, but I don't agree with the victim being questioned relentlessly. Until my ex plea bargained out, CPS here wantedto drop my entire case because I didn't cry during my interview and because on one occasion for the rapes I could not remember what kind of panties I was wearing. I was with my ex for a year and lived with him. The sexual and physical abuse was constant - and by this point (and my breaking point)he had already hospitalised me…

I hate girls like this. As someone who really struggled to get a spousal rape/assault etc conviction (thanks plea bargain :( ), this is sadly the reason why there is still a lot of doubting the victim, victim blaming and wasting peoples money just over a petty argument or something. People like her make it harder for people like me to express that somebody is a danger to others. Although i'm curious - even though you're obviously very fond of your boyfriend and props to you for the endless suppo…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
