Agree, only manly response here. Others suggesting to do it are thinking like women. It will give you some short-term gratification sure but it's bad for your character/frame in the long run kid.

well it's pretty obvious from your post, isn't it? It seems you have lifting and hobbies under control, but game is shit. So practice game. There's no other way around it. View it as a hobby (so MAKE time for it), starting from simple stuff (friends -> social circle) and enjoying the process

I definitely had social anxiety until 2 years ago. I'm 90% past it now but it still comes out if I'm under stress, had a bad day etc.

I reread your first comment and now it makes perfect sense, I think you bull-eyed it. You also gave me a new idea to experiment with: focusing on gaming myself instead of others. Thanks dude

point taken. I guess another way to explain it is I lack outcome indipendence

Shit like that is bound to happen, unlike with women, your partner won't take your hand and walk you through your anxieties. You need to find a way through them yourself, and we'll end up relying on some crap to use as clutches to help ourselves though. Your game, it seems. yes I've been thinking recently (i.e. last 6 months) that I have to personalize my game... as is now it kinda sucks to be honest. I'm the type that has really cool hobbies and interesting life/experiences but have trouble "se…

Also, there's a method used by therapists to treat phobias, where a patient is told to exaggerate a scenario that is causing him fear, but in a funny way. (For example if you're afraid of public speaking you should say to yourself "oh boy, I can't wait to forget my whole speech once I step on the stage"). The acknowledgement makes you recognise how irrational the fear is and humour creates a dissonance and removes you from the fear. You can try doing this. come to think of it, this sounds simila…

Just saying this is disinformation without evidence to disprove doesn’t help anybody. it does because it gives you a heads up to not swallow down all information you're spoonfed without a critical mind. Use your own mental capacities to judge. I don't have time nor do I care to find the sources that OP should've presented - it just sounds like typical pseudo-scientific fluff that you could find on Focus magazine or the like.

This is full of unproofed crazy claims. You're doing a disinformation service.

I beat a girl during school hahahaha, so you see, you got in you! joking of course: not good for yourself to beat up people. BUT that kind of evil/psycopath/domineering energy is exactly what you need to pull women (yes, that's unfortunate, sad world). Also, read "Improving your social skills", written by a guy with Asperger's. Was very useful to me pre-RP.

Dude, I feel you. Start a martial art like Muay Thai or BJJ - believe me, you'll basically get trained to pull out your balls and be better/faster/stronger than other men, all in a friendly environment (usually most gyms are friendly). Good luck

yep, that's why I mentioned in OP that they both asked many personal questions, and this is what bewilders me - they were obviously interested. The second one I didn't have time to run full GALNUC, she was getting off the train too soon. But she even confirmed "so you are gonna write me yes?" when leaving. then silence

yes I did. It's still weird, I felt the conversations flowed really naturally, but yeah, they must've thought who the fuck was that guy 10 minutes after

well yeah that's for sure. was just interested in hearing what people here have to say since, as it's obvious, I'm a noob at this

thanks Uncle. Do you confirm what others are saying here, that you must get instadate with these younger girls?
/r/askTRP12/02/18 04:19 PM

haha yes, but then I would've given off the creep vibe, which I'm quite sure is not the case - as said, they were engaged in the conversation and looked happy at the prospect of meeting again.

Before I discovered redpill, I too felt autistic in socializing. This book (literally written by a guy with Asperger's) helped me a lot. Of course it's bluepill as fuck but it lays out conversation and socializing for dummies - I think you could find some value in it. Good luck

honestly, until you've been hurt so much you get tired of being treated like shit, you won't find the motivation to stop being nice. If you have high SMV as you say, this may be more difficult (i.e. everybody is sort of nice to you because of your SMV). Anyway, there is no "how". You know better than anyone how you're being nice, and how to stop being it. Be exagerately selfish with women, go over your comfort zone.

I think, a part from casual sex, life as a hot woman must be horrible. No one is interested in knowing you and everybody tries to manipulate you

All good but, point 8 is absolutely not "real alpha" and you're hamstering the situation like a girl. I think he's being ironic there - not taking himself too seriously

I didn't say =, I said there's a correlation. From a sample size of two you can't deduce anythibg, especially if they're related (somebody dumb is more likely to marry somebody dumb)

Why would I give myself a break? because you're stressed by the situation. Putting yourself under stress is a good thing, but you got to know when to release. It's just like for fitness: there's a point (in pushing yourself) where it becomes an ego thing, it isn't anymore productive and will get you injured. Take a step back and flank it. Also, you may want to look into improvisation theater.

That's such a good comparison, it feels spot on. As I said I could really feel my.body reacting in fear, like it would to a physical threat.

hehe, funny how "small" is relative. Around 100,000 people - I meet her randomly every few months. Yep well, it's back to work on my weak-ass game

while I had sex with more people in the last year than in the whole rest of my life, I definitely still haven't conquered abbundance mentality. My self confidence and game are weak

Who initiated, you or her? I did. Other times I met her (small city) I purposefully ignored her, and I still felt this sort of panic. I had promised myself to talk to her, not because I want anything from her, but to test myself.

personally I think good hobbies stimulate your creativity, which lifting does not. I see hobbies as a way to express myself with actions rather than words - for me it's music, in many variations. To me lifting is more like fucking, it's something you do because it makes your body feel awesome and makes you a man.
/r/askTRP01/09/17 01:19 PM
2

my 2 cents, for what it's worth... approach it as a war. If you give in for first ('have the talk') you loose. As WhorehouseVet is saying, apply dread - it's not only to keep her chasing you, but also to keep yourself in check. If you have feels the only way to keep them under control is to force yourself to ignore her. You're falling in the "she will give me happines in my life" trap, don't do that.... because you know nobody else than you can give worth to your life.

lift for a few months then check back
/r/askTRP15/08/17 12:37 PM

you can do it, but you'll loose dominance. you may irreperably fuck up your frame with her. your choice. anyways, where's that depression and anxiety coming from? that's the bigger issue
/r/askTRP27/07/17 12:32 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
