I think regardless of the specifics, we can both agree that if the factor that you use to determine if you’re going to rent to someone or not is their gender, that is discrimination. No further questions.

I think what they mean is if the guests aren’t related to each other. Like a family with three sons is ok, or two brothers and their families or whatever. But three guys who are just friends and want to play disc golf is a no go.

Naw man. Can you imagine charging more for Asians for their car insurance? Or an Airbnb host not renting to Indians, because they don’t like their house to smell like curry? Or restaurants refusing to serve large groups of black people because they’re worried about getting stiffed on a tip? Hopefully the answer to those questions is “no”, because it’s gross, and discriminatory. And if you can think of any group that you’re ok treating worse than others, you should really ask yourself why you fee…

I totally get what they’re trying to do with that rule, but fuck off with that shit. If it’s not ok to do for literally any other segment of the population, it’s not ok to do for men. It is the textbook definition of discrimination.
