Yes I’ve seen the study done on online dating apps and how women only rated about 20% of men above average and men rated 50% above average. To compound that fact I’ve read that for the average women finding a man attractive doesn’t mean she desires him (i.e. wants to have sex with him). With the average man it does. When it kicked in it completely changed her attitude about sex and she was doing and asking for things sexual that she never had before. Excellent points. My counter argument would be that you don't need orgasm to want sex, you just need to be horny. From all the research I've read women's libido's rise when they are ovulating. That alone will make women engage in sex. I really think the evidence we have supports the by-product hypothesis. Women have orgasms for the same reason that men have nipples. They are very important for the other sex to have for conception/raising offspring.

No. Humans are animals, animals have developed biological behaviors through millions of years of evolution. However, humans also are the most intelligent and social animals on the planet. Just another piece of evidence, to add to the mountain that already exists, that on average men have a higher sex drive than woman. I would say that the male sex drive is at least one standard deviation higher than the female sex drive. This is primarily due to testosterone.
