Thank you, I really needed to hear that. Still on my journey. Everyday is a struggle. Need to change self image and repair a damaged ego.

Hey brother, yeah that would be great. I went to therapy but it didn't help. Would love to know what helped you. Going through intense depression at the moment. It's like everyone around me is in a good place but me. Feel free to PM.

Just wow. I am so embarrassed to admit this but this is so me but I will change. I've only just come across Redpill. I've never read anything so relatable especially in terms of psychology.

I have so many regrets like I never had the normal life growing up. It's so painful to think about. I wish i could have had the experiences that other people have. I never dated growing up and never got the chance to meet fun cool people and at my age I feel so behind everyone.

Exactly, fixing yourself your values beliefs self image and self respect will make you stronger happier and more attractive so that approaching girls and having a laugh without expectations is easier

This is it. Self esteem, self love, self respect cannot be faked or it can be but being dishonest is a form of lacking respect for yourself.

I agree but if your finance is low, your health is not good and your social life is non existent then this will reflect in your mental noise or self image. You will project this unconsciously unless you can project a different person then who you really are, and that is possible as I notice a lot of bums approach girls on the street with cheery smiles and get good results. However most of the time people see through facade and carrying a fictitious personality is dishonest and overall not good f…

I do plan to go therapy although I do not know how i will be able to express my problems out load. My main concern is if I try and concentrate on solving one area of my life I get bogged down by depression and negative thoughts on how badly I am doing in other areas of my life.

Beautifully written. I am 30 and I feel the exact same way. I have this strong negative thought loop that it's too late for me. That I missed out on all the most important experiences in my life and I won't ever be able to amend that. So even if I try now to change I still get dragged back by these thoughts and never attempt anything. Unfortunately i do not know how we can change from here but I noticed ever since joining reddit that I am not alone. Also I am in London and Tinder/ dating having …

I do feel like a zombie. How do I love myself? Sounds silly as everyone is always defending themselves while I am happy to be treated like shit all my life and now want to suddenly change that

Hey, this is definitely me. i feel like I am reliving the same painful memories of my past. i want to be around people but keep distancing myself from them. I think I need to change my viewpoint on people and my beliefs before I can attract them into my life.
