I'm grieved by someone bringing this up as a grievance. This dude has to be a either a troll or just got mad enough to react in a knee jerk way. The concept is amusing, but certainly doesn't warrant attention, ESPECIALLY if it's brought up as a gender issue.

The rest of the articles were delusional.

The larger a group grows, the more aggressive and simple minded it becomes. It's true of teachers, artists, businessmen, consumers and so forth. It's a double edged sword where power comes with numbers, but understanding does not. If I could, I'd love to Ghandi the hell out of the issues, but too many laws have been passed.

I about exploded at the eating off the plate thing. I've eaten like a convict for years.

The link to a 'related article' at the bottom for me was "5 ways to forfeit your man card." Really drives home the point.

Is this an instance of Poe's Law? This feels like Poe's law.

That feel, I know it well. Were you made to be at fault regardless?

The part which makes me a tool is insinuating the potential bride would persecute the groom via the law. Your points are all obviously valid.

Not to be an overwhelming tool, but why, after having even lurked in this subreddit for more than a month, would you be willing to get married? I'm not against sharing a life together, but the legal ramifications are staggeringly in favor of the female in the relationship under the best conditions. Law has no place in love.

This is a shining example of Poe's law.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
