Didn't beer have estrogen? Or make your body produce it? If so, solution seems simple...

Well, they explicitly tell me to do stuff for her (which she is perfectly capable of doing herself), so I just say no. Her making up stories about her life being miserable isn't justification for making my life miserable, especially, when she's the one done fucking it up in so many areas. If she can't be content with what she has, then that's not my problem. It's enough that my wife has a vulnerable spot for trying to make everyone around happy at her expense.

I have a good one. What do you propose as an alternative to lifting? With my bad eyesight I had been told by my eye doctor that I should be careful with heavy objects because I risk my retina detaching. Going my way is great idea, but being able to see along the way sounds also good. And I'm looking for alternatives that will help me get ripped. For losing fat belly I'm currently on low carb / ckd (I allow myself some carbs at most once a week in the late afternoon, or as fruits in smoothie), an…

Or, as Gandhi once phrased it: be the change you want to see in the world. Also: scout principle, be so kind to leave the place in such condition, like you would expect to encounter. If possible.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
