46	The things MEN have to deal with during custody situations…literally from a woman in power… Can confirm. I'm a guy in a management position. Passed over a more tenured female employee for a promotion because her performance was shit. Tried to start a rumor that I was sexually harassing women at work. Best part, my boss (also a woman) said there's nothing we can do about it because she hasnt actually done anything.
