What to do when changes promised before marriage...Never actually happen.A couple of things. The first is that I have done my biggest growing in my 30's, particularly over the past year (ages 31- now nearly 33). That includes quitting alcohol and vastly improving myself and in turn my marriage. But you have to want it. Also, a quote to help you gain perspective about your husband. "You can't change the people around you but you can change the people around you." -Joshua Fields Milburn | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/03/17 10:44 AM
MisconceptionsWell I can easily see why since they both say red pill. Also I think some don't stick around because like the Matrix they aren't ready to actually confront reality. They are happy being a super special snowflake for now. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/12/16 03:32 PM
MisconceptionsA great explanation! I wish I had this when I first started months ago! I just was too chicken to ask and figured I would learn on my own. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/12/16 01:20 PM
THANKSGIVING MEGA-THREADThanks! I really enjoy it and keeps me creative. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/11/16 06:59 PM
THANKSGIVING MEGA-THREADSo I am not the cook in my family, my wonderful husband is. I enjoy calligraphy so I made notecards for the items being served and place cards for each of the 14 people for Thanksgiving. He is making 2 kinds of mashed potatoes. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/11/16 03:07 PM
A bit nervous about the date i'm going onOh yes! All the details! 😀 | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/11/16 12:39 AM
Recommended ReadingThis may not be EXACTLY RPW but it is definitely feminine. I recommend all of the Madame Chic books from Jennifer Scott. It has a lot of great stuff in there! For some reason, my computer won't let me link it but here is the long URL http://jenniferlscott.com/books/ | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/11/16 02:23 PM
Sadie's Easy Guide to a Clean RoutineAs per usual, a wonderful post! Thank you! After getting that book, it was recommended I get another, The Cozy Life: Rediscover the Joy of the Simple Things Through the Danish Concept of Hygge. If I'm not mistaken, I believe you mentioned hygge before right? | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/10/16 08:32 PM
Book RecommendationI think mine is more the drive to do it. Laziness and working from home and kids makes me not want to do anything. Now is the time to learn! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/16 08:21 PM
Outsider questions - marriage?Gotcha! Thanks for clearing that up. I am a work from home mom with a college degree so it's nice to understand where others are coming from. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/16 06:51 PM
Book RecommendationJust started! I wish I had been raised more like this and it won't be an internal struggle. Oh well. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/16 06:50 PM
Outsider questions - marriage? This is a wonderful insight, thank you for sharing! I do have a question, though. For a young RPW who wants to get married and stay at home, what's the point in college? Yes, they will work for maybe 3-5 years and then stay at home with the kids. And then maybe about 10-15 years down the line have an opportunity to work again if they want. The only reason why I ask is that you listed no college degree in the part about the higher probability of divorce. Thanks! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/16 05:35 PM
Book RecommendationThis looks great! Thanks for sharing! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/16 05:14 PM

Tips on finding like-minded and supportive friends?I second MeetUp! However, I would be careful a bit. I was naive and went to a wine meetup once. I mean, who doesn't like wine? So. I knew it would be co-ed and I thought me being the happily married self I was would be enough deterrent. Not really. I felt bad after hubs realized it was co-ed. He know goes with me which is fine with me. Point being in all of this. I met a wonderful lady at the wine meetups and we have become friends. She is stunning and older than me, divorced but I feel like has… | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/10/16 06:03 PM
What extreme opinions do you have that many don't?That makes sense! I hate it when babies are dropped off so young too. | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/16 08:56 PM
What extreme opinions do you have that many don't?I can see why this would be an unpopular opinion. It paints those families who do choose that with a wide brush stroke. Unfortunately today, it can be hard to survive on one income. I have worked in a pre-school that was open 12 hours a day and have seen a lot of family dynamics. The truth of the matter is, it all depends on what works for the family. Some moms can't stand being home all the time while some do. To me, the reason why this opinion can be unfair is that most of us put our kids in s… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/09/16 12:56 PM
What extreme opinions do you have that many don't?Could some of y'all define "dumping" your kids in daycare? | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/09/16 07:33 PM
Good book recommendations?Thanks! | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/09/16 01:29 PM
Making Friends?Thank you for explaining it! The dues weren't bad, I just didn't see a lot of other events other than volunteering, which isn't bad but I'd rather be social. :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/09/16 12:25 AM
Making Friends?I would agree with Junior League and looked into it in my town. What I don't understand (and maybe someone can clear this up) is why I have to pay dues to an organization when what it seems to me the main idea of it is to volunteer. I just don't get it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/09/16 08:26 PM
Good book recommendations?Interesting title! I will check it out! | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/09/16 10:16 AM

Good book recommendations? It's a great book! I am a pretty controlling person and it's helped tremendously. Also, your user name :) I remember the movie and I think I have heard the book is good. Thanks for the recommend! I was hoping someone would have a fiction read too! | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/09/16 12:29 AM
Good book recommendations? Is this book more for singles or people in relationships? I have been married for a while so I'm not sure that would apply. Thanks for the recommendation! | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/09/16 12:27 AM
True Alphas Make for Terrible LTRs (or, Why Calibrating Your Picker is So Important)I totally giggled like a child at " 'gina tingles"! It's so true though! | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/09/16 04:48 PM
A Modesty Question After a Day of 2 Pool PartiesWhile I can see where she is coming from, one lesson I continue to have to work on is not controlling someone else. It's something that I've had to struggle with nearly my entire life. Her article, to me, was well written and I got her point without her being ugly about. it. I get it. No one wants their hubs/SO thinking about another woman just like they don't want us thinking about another man. However, that's your problem, not mine. Gracious the insecurity on that lady was something else. Luck… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/07/16 02:55 PM
A Modesty Question After a Day of 2 Pool PartiesGotcha! Thanks! | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/07/16 02:48 PM
A Modesty Question After a Day of 2 Pool PartiesThank you for the response! And bless your heart about your AC ;) You made me giggle about the tassels and g-string! I think you are right about being appropriate. I just wanted to have a slight hissy fit about it but it's probably best. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/07/16 01:38 PM
Issues with being a feminine woman. Help?I'm glad to hear all of you ladies, and gentleman, say that attitude has something to do with it as well. Being a SAHM who homeschools and works from home, there isn't much opportunity to go out into the world and when it is, it's to the grocery store or Target and sometimes it just doesn't seem like there is a point. Add to it that some clothes are just more comfy that I easily fall into the mom look. Any tips on transitioning out of it would be lovely. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/05/16 12:40 PM
The Submissive Wife on TLCI watched it this morning and found it interesting. Are there going to be more shows? | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/05/15 07:12 PM
