From what I have observed, most girls tend to have a similar favourite height difference. This would mean that small girls want guys who are taller than them, but not 2' taller or something. The average is somewhere around 5½ inches, 10 inces is incredibly rare. And you're right about the shock, that makes matters difficult. It also depends on the position. I know it's not inherently painful and that it can be pleasurable for some women. I just think that men often have a wrong idea of what women actually expect. And women have a wrong idea of what to expect. Also, vaginas have different sizes. I think there is even a subreddit for women with such a small vagina that sex is always painful. I am a woman and I have never noticed that my boob size changes during my cycle. They become more sensitive when I'm on my period, but I haven't noticed a change in size. I also know girls who are 6' or taller, but they are not a majority. I am from Switzerland, the average woman here is 5'4. Actually, many girls in my age (I am 18) are around 5'4-5'5. I visited Sweden once, there is a difference, women are taller. Still not 6'0 on average though. In South America, they are smaller than in Switzerland.
