I was using tinder in Asia and it eventually became a way to inflate my ego. Getting 85% match rate felt unbelievable

In Saudi Arabia alot of the people who are against woman's rights are older women themselves. Same thing happened in America most anti suffragettes at the turn of the century were women.

Saw a thing once where someone wrote as to this light switch effect explaining why Dracula is so terrifying and culturally relevant. In the book he takes these pure girls whom the protagonist had invested so much time into and with little effort converts them into his sluts.

Man that last paragraph about the body snatcher ringed so true for me. It was fucking freaky. 8 years just dismissed like nothing. I can understand how people back then would believe in demons and posesions. My gf broke up with me after a trip as well. In those days soon after I really felt like the real her was back there somewhere.

Miami is the same way too. The Latin working class neighborhoods are fun and genuine but, I don't know if it's just me, when I visit the richer areas like downtown or Brickell I can smell death in the air. Like everyone is a few disasters away from killing themselves. People will shack up sharing a room with three other people in an apartment just to live in the nice area and hope that their true economic status isn't found out.

I wonder if it's only in the United States? Europeans seem to have stronger friendships from my experience. I know that is very general....

I am planning to start once career stuff is stable. To me it always seems like a good date idea and gives something to do besides dinner and a movie. Also by nature dancing requires the lead to take a great deal of control. I tried out swing dancing and found it fun. But honestly getting decent enough where you can teach someone else to play along would be ideal.

Right now I'm getting back on my feet after a 9 year relationship. Having a good career seems to be most important as a good foundation. Honestly have you tried some dance classes? You get paired up with a new girl every couple of minutes. I did a few and it exploded my confidence. You get passed that touch barrier real fast and having a good physique makes them feel happy about being paired with you. Give it a shot especially if you are still in college

Saw this happen once to a friend of a friend. The guy had married his virgin gf in order to get her a marriage visa. They were high school sweethearts. After marriage no sex. The guy was good looking too, blonde body builder who was passionate about his sport. The girl went ahead and cheated on him with this ghetto ass chubby, but tall, tattooed Puerto Rican guy. She tried to justify the descion but that guy was fucking nasty looking. Guy let it destroy him and works as a gym instructor. She bec…

Kinda funny Google's parent company earlier this year was telling them to slow down these hiring practices. I think this is it https://www.reuters.com/article/us-alphabet-inc-agm/alphabet-shareholders-reject-diversity-proposal-backed-by-employees-idUSKCN1J22BS

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
