1	Mindblown Why can't he? Its a legal process that varies state to state but that seems to be the only thing holding it back. I'm just putting forth possible solutions. Abstinence is obviously a choice the same as having sex. It seems to be that if you feel like you need to carry a gun for defense you have to be prepared that you might kill someone. -6	Mindblown Couldn't a father emancipate or disown the child? I would think that would legally remove any obligations for the child's welfare. He would lose visitation rights or really any future care for the child. Or if the mother is shown to be mentally unsound, I'm sure he could arrange for adoption since she is no longer fit to be his or her mother. Or just be abstinent. 1	On my campus, a mass e-mail was sent out urging everyone to be careful due to the reports of two women who were left 'shaken' after two men walked behind them in the same direction for a bit. The man is described as being white, aged early to mid 20s, 5ft 10ins tall with a slim build and had short dark hair. He wore a navy hoody/jumper and dark trousers. 2	Baby is a different race than the father? Don't take a paternity test, think of what you could lose(crosspost from WTF) He'd be wise to get the friend in the test. Its obviously not his so he should dump her for lying and cheating. The test will only prove his innocence from child care payments. It is NOT TOO late to sign up for this very important, and maybe life-saving course" - I just got this in an email at work, and it kinda bothers me. It just says its a women's class.
