Start A Meditative/Repetitive Morning Routinethere is plenty of scientific literature in that post | /r/TheRedPill | 24/07/17 03:40 PM
Start A Meditative/Repetitive Morning RoutineTheres always some for or against anything. Read this article riddled with positive scientific literature. Get both sides of the story. https://selfhacked.com/blog/12-reasons-embrace-cold/ | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/17 11:07 PM
Start A Meditative/Repetitive Morning Routinethat first study examines the immediate response of the body in respect to cold water stimulation. I would like to see a long term study as well as measuring test later on in the day or over time. Also the test subjects were most likely not adapted to cold exposure in any way to begin with, so the ridiculous stress of an all out ice bath could definitely negatively impact test and cortisol levels. Over time with adaptation and slow accumulation of cold I am positive the results would be differen… | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/17 10:36 PM
Start A Meditative/Repetitive Morning RoutineWrong. Its eustress, meaning its a positive stressor. If you go fucking ice cold straight out on your first one, yes it will be bad. Start out slow and dont kill yourself and it will not lower test. Over time it becomes a positice stressor which has many benefits on inflammation and healthy skin among other things. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/07/17 07:06 PM
2 year Live-in LTR secretly talking to ex in instagram DM's. Need advice.Thing is I would not replace her. I would never commit to a girl again for at least 7-10 years and wouldnt care about what any girl does again. I would just spin plates drama free and let girls come and go without caring. So next time they text an ex I simply would not even care 1%. Id rather be the guy theyre texting than the chump who cares so much because he's committed to her (me currently). I do get what you're saying though. Basically uncommit/stop caring and start living like what I state… | /r/askTRP | 19/07/17 12:47 AM
2 year Live-in LTR secretly talking to ex in instagram DM's. Need advice.I followed RP to a poiny which got me laid more often and eventually I landed myself into an LTR. Like 95% of people, I was comfortably lulled back into beta-dom, but I still was very game aware. I am trying to come to terms with what I did wrong here, not to get shamed by a red pill Nazi. Fuck off | /r/askTRP | 18/07/17 07:37 PM
2 year Live-in LTR secretly talking to ex in instagram DM's. Need advice.Ive read the rational male years ago. I got into this relation, ship from a RP perspective and it has never left. Ive obviously slipped into aome beta tendencies since the relationship but I never got too emotionally attached thankfully. | /r/askTRP | 18/07/17 05:50 PM
2 year Live-in LTR secretly talking to ex in instagram DM's. Need advice. My statement about her supporting me financially was wrong. She paid for a college class for me and pays half the rent and buys groceries etc. I am plenty able to provide for myself financially. Why is her moping around in the bed a factor in your decision? Let's make it clear there is no way a woman receives a dick pic and continues conversation unless it's a dick she'd be interested in taking. Damn | /r/askTRP | 18/07/17 03:22 PM
LTR Question - TIME SENSITIVEDon't ltr in college dude. Just plain dumb. Live life on your terms only, it's not worth the headache | /r/askTRP | 30/01/17 03:49 PM
