I find this to be correct. Thing is, even if you REALLY like a girl, you have to be patient and just game. That's just how it works. Dont be a chaser, make your intentions clear and then look for signs of interest. Then act wisely. Thats how i think of things..

Totally agreed. But i should show her that i want to be with her, that she makes me feel good etc. right? I mean, i dont like acting like im all cool and that i dont really care.. when i really feel something, i want to express it to the other person..

No offence but i dont think you get it. I know how to act around her and stuff. I just dont know how to make that extra leap. To be in a relationship together. By "ask her out", i meant that :) what im asking is: should i kiss her? Tell her something, grab her by the hand?
