1	Losing all momentum, need encoragement I’m looking at this quarantine as an extreme lesson in self-care, not just physically but mentally. Acknowledge your small victories too. Do things that make you happy and it’ll give you something to talk about. Have you tried online dating? Or thought about making some online friends?
