I have read that book cover to cover but its just to hard to apply those principles irl for me. I'am also looking for another book to read about just being more alpha that is not too male-female relationship focused, but also male-male. Can u recommend something like that?

This is your 5th comment just to mock me. Are you only here to try and make me feel bad or do you have any actual advice?

Yes, I try to control my feelings, but inside I'm still very desperate for affection.

I've been like this my Entire life, I've very recently discovered the red pill and I have to say it feels so difficult to break out of this needy behaviour. And I've not read "No more Mr nice guy" yet, I'm planning to start it soon though.

Thank you for your reply, I'm in the middle of reading The rational male and that book is just so hard to take in for what its asking me to be and believe in, like its almost asking me to be heartless and I've never had that way of thinking I'm the kind of person that if anyone comes to ask for help I'll help them even if I dont have a good relationship with them and going from that to some of the concepts in the book is just so drastically different from how I think and have been my entire life…

A girl who was in a serious relationship started an affair with me said she loved me and is going to leave the other guy for me, this was the first time in my life I had a gf and she was the one who initiated it. After 1 month we had a fight I and she left me for him. I just thought she really loved me and was serious, after the breakup I even cried a lot cuz of her and wanted her back but she doesn't want to. The sad thing is that even after so much there's still a part of me that believes in "…
