Day 1Bench press, tricep extension, cable flies Day 2Deadlift, squat, lunges Day 3lat pulldown/pull ups, rows, bicep curl. Day 4Crunches, roman bench Repeat allowing for at least 1 day of rest per week, and google alternate exercises during your rest between sets. Try to get 12 sets per day (total), do high reps at first (12+) because they're more forgiving if you fail.

Yeah I think the thing is if you have a million girl friends but have never had a girlfriend, you're doing something wrong. If you have dates stacked on dates, but you can't hold down a relationship, your friends wives hate you or don't take you seriously, and you have no female friends, then you have the opposite problem.

Learn to read women. Like note what she's doing and how she's acting before you make a move. It's actually a lot more important than anything you say or do because there are women with whom you have a 0% chance and women you have a 99% chance. Like half the "what am I doing wrong" posts are like, "I walked up to a girl who was dialed in to her workout and she got upset, I guess some women be bitches". or "I interrupted a conversation a woman was having about her cancer diagnosis with her doctor …

Yes, but the ratio improves when you go to conventions with cosplay and stuff. You're trying to be the best option, not the only option.

Ask out the girl at chachi's. You can do nothing, then get dinner with her, then go home and watch some kung fu. Do you like Kung Fu?

Yep, let her take on the hidden costs on the first date. (Time, gas, tolls).

Guy pays for the date, picks a place close to his home.

Just find stuff you're interested besides TV, movies, and videogames and develop those hobbies. Odds are your interests are masculine (ie manly) and developing those skills and interests will make you seem more masculine (because you are). Yeah, reading can help, if you read for the sake of reading or learning about things that interest you.

It's the situation, not the place. Like grocery store, if you're both waiting in line, and she asks you to save her spot while she gets one thing she forgot, go for it. If she's in the pharmacy section looking at tampons..... please record yourself, I could use the laugh.

I think part of the problem with this whole thing is that a lot of guys on here are looking for tools or choreographed moves they call pull off. Hugh Hef said it's best, your best tool to get the girl is active listening. If she ghosts you and you're being a dynamic, sensitive person, it's not you. It's another guy, or her life got crazy, or she died, or something. Yeah a dick pic 99% of the time is being insensitive, not listening, and not thinking about what she wants.

Yeah I'm not sure why I'm on here TBH. Like, I don't care about body counts. I'd rather have by next date be the last time I date be with my future wife, and the truth is that being yourself does work as long as you believe and live the advice "Anything worth doing is worth doing well" and you're not a nilist who believes that northing is worth doing. You go out and do social things, you meet people, some of those people are women and biology kind of takes care of the rest.

So "add humor" is a creepy robotic term this sub uses that I hate. Here's the human equivalent: Relax, get a little excited. This should be fun. Give her your best joke. If something funny happened or you see something funny going on, point it out. Like forget women for a second. For your own happiness and health, relax, have fun, and take a minute to appreciate the world for what it is. It's generally a good place, beautiful, and there's usually a lot of goofy funny things going on that are fun…

Yep, run clubs, soccer, softball, dance classes, cooking classes, volunteering at animal related anything. I mean, the second you go anywhere that isn't either your house or work, your odds of meeting someone jump like a million percent.

I'm nice to women I don't want to date. Rule #1 for any kind of sustained success is you have to be consistent.

Well you should never make your partner do something they're uncomfortable with and it sounds like having sex with other men is something that he's not comfortable with. You have two options, one is to keep things exclusive. The other, if you're comfortable, is to involve another woman. If you have concerns with involving another woman without involving another man, you can bring that up, but this isn't really a case where equality is what matters, it's about meeting your partners needs without …

I think one is dating apps and the other is IRL. Even as a guy, I'm tired of the canned lines from women like, "Do you like to travel?" No, I don't. Too bad you have no actual interests for us to talk about.

There's not a lot of things in greater supply on earth than human females. I couldn't care less about what one random woman thinks.

I got something out of it about another level of enlightened yoga and brotherhood. Do you think if I started a yoga cult it would help my dating life?

It could be any number of things, most of which have nothing to do with you.

I just spend the last 10 minutes of every hour replying to emails, texts, social media, etc based on how important it is to me and I get to her when I get to her. If it's Monday and my grandma is sick, I'm hearing back from a job, and my best friend is having an ultrasound for his wife, I might not get back to her until Wednesday.

Yeah I was going to say, the definition of creepy is when you do things that are unnatural especially when you're being deceptive. Like the whole, "Sitting next to" thing. Let me put it this way, I've had it come up and I guess the date went well. But the way it happened was this: I go to a bar, waiting for my date inside because it's cold. She gets there, and I say, "So I'm at the bar right now, but I could get us a table if you'd prefer that", and she says, "oh no, this is great". So I mean, i…

I kind of miss screenless tech, like CD players, DVD players, etc where the device served one fuction and didn't have a navigation screen that tries to hijack your attention to send you to ads.

I mean, not being able to do a specific day because you're visiting your mom or grandma is pretty good. Implies a positive relationship with female family members.

Considering that women are more addicted to tech than I was in my geek phase in middle school, yeah it's pretty hard.

Yeah I mean "being attractive" just isn't looked down on the way pursuing is. No one is "just so tired of people dressing up, and being clean and having interesting hobbies".

>Deal with rejection the same way you would deal with losing a 100 dollar bill on the street. I don't value a potential date that highly. Especially if it's just a match on an app.
/r/seduction03/02/21 03:07 PM

Yeah it's mainly apps. It's just tough right now that everyone seems to be trained to avoid being close to other people.

Good rule of thumb is to put at least twice the effort into befriending women as men. If you have 20 women and 10 men coming to a party most people will be happy. 20 men and 10 women and all the single guys will be miffed and all the single girls will get more attention than they're comfortable with.

Sales careers, industry groups, sports clubs, fitness classes, various competitions, classes, bars, etc. Basically anything that puts you in a situation where you are frequently around people, preferably talking to them.

I mean there's no good script because everything is so nuanced. You just need to be an idealized version of yourself. In fact it's best if you carry that beyond the dating world.

It's not what you say so much as it's how you say it. Like in OLD a lot of guys (and girls) drop their dating resume on the other person and can't figure out what's going wrong. "This is most illogical, we both enjoy hiking, watching movies, and smashmouth, I added "haha" at the end of every sentence for humor, why did this person stop talking to me?" Well let's break this down: Profile: Looking for someone who will share their red and pink starbursts with me. Love to run, cook, and my Dalmatian…

or put another way, none of us ever want to feel like someone's last resort.
