i could be wrong here, but once you get your game down you should pretty much know 100% that the girl is down before you make your "move." If you continually demonstrate value around them, let them see you with other women, and escalate physically with them, it should be easy to figure out. That being said, I have had a few women that said no the first time I tried but eventually fell in love. Some chicks dig if you don't give up. I don't know how monk mode will help you with your fear of social interaction. Seems the opposite of what you want to do. you can try to get a hobby that forces you to be around people.
