3	Am I being paranoid in my relationship or is there something going on? She had multiple reasons to doubt him. He broke her trust. Checking his phone was just verifying. If there’s no trust, there’s no relationship. It’s hard to trust someone who fantasizes about being with someone he’s friends with. -8	How to navigate abusive interactions? Meet them where they are. They’re your parents, respect them and love them. Don’t ever yell at them because there was a time when you were helpless and they did everything for you lovingly. Your mom carried you inside of her for months and went through excruciating pain just to bring you into this world. She still adored loved and protected you until you were able to function as an adult. Regardless of their behavior, don’t shout or argue with them.
