You’re a highly co-dependent person in an abusive relationship. What will be your rock bottom here? This woman will flip like a switch and ruin your life and take everything from you. Allowing her to quit her job was a huge mistake. With all your enabling of her poor choices and behavior and all the excuses you are making I’m afraid things will get very bad for you before they get better. You cannot fix her or will her to get better. I’m speaking from experience as a fellow abuse victim.

The woman pictured is not a pedophile. People on Reddit have a habit of referring to any person who has sex with a younger person as a pedophile. This is incorrect. This woman is a sex criminal who engaged in statutory rape. The victim was post pubescent. True pedos are ONLY attracted to very young children that are pre-pubescent. It’s an important distinction because the word pedo is losing all meaning is there is a big difference in severity of crime according to the law and societal morals. I…

There aren’t any good paying jobs on Craigslist. Try Indeed.com instead. Craigslist is mostly small to medium business that pay poorly.

What you’re experiencing now is pervasive through many industries as we saw with the male name vs female name resume experiment posted here recently. I’m living it now as a job seeker. I don’t know what we can do other than bring attention to the injustice of it.

Prosecutors have far too wide of discretion with who and what they will prosecute. Also far too much discretion with use of plea bargaining. I’m glad to hear that other jurors were upset and gave them a hard time. Gives me a small hope for men. We’ve got a long way to go with men being treated fairly in domestic dispute incidents.

There are quite a few male perpetrated mass stabbings in China. Usually at schools with young kids.

This is totally true. Attractive women get lighter sentences. Her race probably didn’t help either.

This was my seven year marriage exactly. If I said or did the wrong thing, didn’t get permission, used the wrong tone. Any small transgression, it was multiple days, weeks, or even months of emotional abuse until i groveled for forgiveness. She was the boss, I existed to do her bidding and provide the lifestyle she wanted. I was just a tool to her. The only thing she let me decide on was what we had for dinner, only because she didn’t like to decide on it. Anything big, it was her decision. I ev…

She’s taken my half of our assets and refuses to cooperate on any settlement allowing me to have them. We bought a house together. I paid the mortgage for three years and all of our bills the entire seven years we were married. She refuses to sell the house. Refuses to buy me out of my half of our home equity which is a lot. Says she owes me nothing. Completely ignoring California marriage law. She has $300k of my money. I could use this to move to a new area and start over. Instead I’m stuck in…

Well, if you can have the mortgage paid plus any extra to cover repairs and upkeep costs, taxes, that would be an excellent way to build long term wealth. If you’re very careful about what tenant you accept, you can mitigate the risk.

Since you’re only losing one day a week and still have her on the weekends, I’d say definitely do the best thing for yourself here. Which for your mental health and well-being, plus your long term financial benefits, would be to make the move back to home. I think it is the right thing. What about renting out the house and keeping it as a investment property?

This is a common thing with Japan. Men have zero rights if their wife takes the kids there or doesn’t want the dad around there. Many similar stories around. Really sad. I can only imagine the heartache of not being able to be with your kids.

At the dog park the other day, a girl made a comment about my dog and I took it as an invitation to chat dogs in a friendly platonic way. She then proceeds to try to politely tell me to piss off twice like I was hitting on her. I wasn’t. Just being friendly. At the time, I didn’t realize it. Bit later when I thought about it, although she initiated the convo, she immediately decided it would be better to brush me off. I wasn’t even flirting and didn’t ask for her number. Just chatting about dogs…

They’re both lying. They’re both responsible for the insanity. The tell for me was the cut off finger bit. Tips of fingers don’t get cut off from a thrown intact bottle.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
