An interesting observation that was pointed out to me a short time ago about the difference between being "alone" and "lonely". It is the important mindset of being a victim, Lonely people are victims, When you choose to be alone you are not a victim

funny that, also funny that heart-related conditions are mostly prevalent in developed nations, it might be more than just cholesterol? Refined Sugars, Stress, lack of exercise, Sodium, Obesity... processed foods... do you ever read the labels? I found it shocking when I started reading them..

I go back for blood work later this month, I don't know about the cholesterol, but I have been able to stop taking my blood pressure meds... The Science behind Ketogenics is that Cholesterol is not as bad as it has been made out to be, Same with Whole fat, the one item I know that I am getting way too much of is Sodium, everyone puts it in everything...

My doctor weighed me on Nov 8, 108KG (#237.2), I am now down to 99KG (217.8) about a week to 10 days my Ketosis switched on, and I was dropping #1/day... but a month in it has slowed dramatically

After a stern talk from My doctor last month (108KG), He suggested the Keto diet, I started right away (toughest thing to give up- beer!) 38 days later I am down 10KG (22 pounds), not as hard as it first appears, but yes I check all labels...
