The legal definition of Rape and the laws for it have to change, this is the reason a lot of these are not called Rape when they 100% are, it's because in a lot of places women can not be charged or convicted of Rape, because the law only applies to men.

In a lot of places, if you kill someone via a car, your on a different set of laws, vehicular manslaughter. I know a lot of places now are trying to change laws/sentences that are lower when it's done by someone in a vehicle.

That's disgraceful, if you can't be trusted around patients and vulnerable people, you shouldn't be working with them. My auntie has dementia and ended up in accident and emergency. She came out minus a gold chain and wedding ring that got stolen. Scrap value was probably under £1, which makes it worse because it's the sentimental value that means the most, she had those for most of her life.

Standard should be asking the kid(s) what they want, where they want to live, how much time they want to spend with each parent, who they want to make decisions for them. Then take into consideration what each parent wants out of it.

Over here if you divorce and later inherit anything (money, house, assets etc), your partner can take you to court to claim some of that. If you ever get divorced, get a financial clause too (costs extra) so they can't claim anything later.

A lot of laws are outdated and really need to be changed or updated to meet modern standards. The main reason women hardly ever get charged with Rape is becauase most countries the law states 'he', so legally it can only apply to men, if it said 'the person' or something like that, then it would apply to women.
