Where I do agree about that a man should be allowed to opt out of the responsibility of having a child, should the woman wish to keep it in no way should a woman be forced to carry a baby to term. Pregnancy has irreversible and potentially life changing effects on a body. Pregnancy in itself can be miserable If you want autonomy for yourself and your body, you have to respect the autonomy for the woman and her body as well

Most of the time yeah. It's pretty hard to help someone based on a written post and on top of it lot of people assume that the person is not only in the US, but also in the state they are in. Laws may vary depending on the state, so advice based on assumptions is not ideal. r/legaladvice is also prone to the reddit hivemind, so the guy that answers faster and gets upvotes, which usually isn't a real lawyer, will usuly be at the top even with a wrong answer.
