3	How do I get out of the toxic mind space that all men are horrible? I genuinely want help to be free from this toxic mindset. Hi, I am male. Social media is stemmed in negativity bias. It's much easier for people to band together against some common negative enemy/event than it is for people to be positive. Negativity creates drama and arguments whereas positivity kinda just happens and then people are like 'ok cool we're done celebrating lets pack up'.
