They also won't put up with sentences like: for real though... this thread is 2 weeks old. Give it a fucking rest. There's different styles of talking depending on the situation. They're rather arbitrary though. It's just a convention; no need to make personal attacks on people employing one way of speaking rather than another. Why do you think your dialect is considered prestigious, whereas African American Vernacular English is not? Because your dialect has historically been spoken by rich, white folk.
