Guys, my fucking ex had her sister in laws rich retired dad run her divorce. This dude is a retired lawyer from Michigan. He doesn’t have his bar in Indiana (my state) so thy hired a lawyer to “represent her” He was running the shots and her actual lawyer was a front man. During the hearing he took the stand to talk about accounting practices with my company. Tho he was never an accountant. LMAO. So when her “lawyer questioned him the wrong things he got mad. But he couldn’t do anything. His fac…

Right! I’m 1000% sure his lawyer would be upset with this decision. Her sister is on her side.

My ex wife got her brothers father in law who is a lawyer to take the stand. He was there to talk about my accounting issues bc he worked in accounting in the past. First thing he says is, the first time I met him he was drunk out of his mind. Then fast forward five minutes later and he brings it up again. My lawyer clearly objected claiming relevance. Judge warned this guy that he will throw him out if he says one more word about my drinking. Tried to paint me as a bad dad. That crap doesn’t al…

I did this for over 2 years. But no TRO or RO. I had a shitty lawyer who said it’s normal for the husband to move out after papers are filed. We called it a bed and board ex not silver bullet.

Yeah man. It’s definitely a mental block for me or booze. But I got the pill for when that happens. I don’t take it often but it’s a nice crutch. Also cut back on porn. I thought I was the end of the world when it first happened. You got this bro!

Basically the same thing as texting. They don’t always communicate. They still say crappy things. I’ve had to send things to my lawyer and nothing was done. Lawyer said that a judge knows you’re exs and don’t expect that yall get along.

My daughter asked me to buy the dress and mom pay the alterations. I did my part. Mom came back on her word to her daughter. I paid for that so my daughter wouldn’t have to suffer from mom. I also went to kay jewelers and got her matching necklaces and earrings. Mom has refused to help pay for senior pictures. The car. I put my foot down and said the car stays at my house if mom won’t help even a smidge. She also said put my Audi in her name and she will help. So basically giving her my Audi lol…

1500 dollars isn’t a lot of money. lol it’s to benefit our daughter who spends half the time at each others place. I’m offering to buy a cheaper car with less insurance. I’m not worried about money. I can buy the car myself. It’s the fact she doesn’t help with anything. I shouldn’t be obligated to do everything. And it hurts my daughter ultimately. She’s still hurt mom wouldn’t help with her prom dress. The Audi cost more to repair causing the insurance to be more expensive. I’ll be happy to hol…

Are you mentally stable? I’m giving you an extreme example of what an expensive car is. 7k isn’t expensive and AMG is

On top of that. I said I’ll keep the Audi for myself and buy her a 4k ford edge or something. But yeah mom should help.

I pay for both my kids phones. And maybe two weddings at some point. I have 50/50 and still pay child support. I figured we could both help our oldest with the car. But mom doesn’t care about the kids. It’s important to our daughter bc she has a job. She pays gas and is willing to pay some of the insurance until she can get a little better paying job. But I shouldn’t be the only one financially supporting the kids. My parents gifted me my first car. I took care of insurance and gas. So for the r…

I just spent 98k cash on a rental property and have 80k in savings. But that’s not the point. It’s the principal. She needs to contribute too. Both our daughters are on my phone bill. When it comes to school clothes she makes me do that and buys the cheap school supplies. Every year. I’m sick of sending 10x more to provide for my kids and on top of that I’m paying child support.

She refused before I purchased the car. So it is what it is. I mean I do make good money. And I can afford doing everything alone financially without my ex. But it’s the principle. It’s for our daughter and our daughter wants mom to contribute. Idk if I should just pay everything and put my foot down so the car stays at my place. Or should I still pay for everything and let her take it to moms still. Regardless my daughter wants mom to help and i know it doesn’t make her feel good seeing mom not…

No, it’s normally when I poke the bear. She sends messages that contradict herself. Or use the wrong dates and I say you need me to watch the kids last month? She put a 7 instead of an 8 for the month. Another example, she sent a group chat to our kids of her responding to a parenting app message I sent her. I asked if she would kindly help pay for our oldest car. My daughter is driving my Audi to work and school and insurance is crazy with her on it. I asked her to pay 1500 and I’ll pay 5-8k so…
