As others pointed out, there's nothing wrong with being nice. If you're in a LTR, it's healthy to tell your feelings and share things you don't share with anyone else. That's called intimacy. Each of you are investing into each other. The question is whether it's balanced. Most of the seduction content is about the first few minutes to few dates of meeting a girl. Things change once you're in a relationship.

i would take a different perspective. The greatest confidence (not to mention it's endearing) is that you're a little scared but able to do scary things anyway. A few months ago I moved to a new city. I didn't know anyone at all and only visited once for a weekend. Now, a few months later, I'm pretty sure I made a few lifelong friends that I went out with every weekend. All my introductions and openers were nothing special. People love meeting other people from far away. A lot of people end up staying in their original city and never leave. Or, if they do venture out, they remember how hard it was to meet new people and will want to help you out. Go in …

Here's an easy but often forgotten one. Don't be the complainer. No one wants to hang out with you when you're in a bad mood and bitching about the venue, the people, or whatever.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
