No going back, yes it's hard, but the struggle gets me out of bed in the morning....to think that I used to run from struggles. Keep it up brother.

Kind of stuff I've been thinking lately, but it seems the mental fodder of a madman at times. It's a lot to think about, but it motivates, so I guess it isn't a total waste of time.

A man that can't snag a woman or a few ain't much of a man.

Just let her vent a few minutes, that is unless she's being a bitch to you. When it's your turn, be positive and vague about your day. This has worked wonders for me. If she's going on too long, slap her on the ass and tell her she's home now, relax and don't let her bad day ruin her evening.

Yep. Looking back to past interactions and relationships makes you wonder how the hell you were so blind for so long. There's a lot to learn though, and I think everyone should do it after the anger phase.

Order her flowers, then rush home and get the dishes and laundry done. Be sure to hang her shit up just the way she likes it. Once you're done with that, you should write her a sonnet or poem about how you feel. Be sure to tell her how you guys are soul mates. Good luck.

I can tell you men and women love differently, because I've witnessed how differently they hate. (Not a MGTOW)

Both. I own and have read many books, but only the one Parker. The pen gets used daily, sometimes for business, sometimes for pleasure.

I've dropped 45 pounds, the sand bag analogy is great. I used to suffer from knee pain too, and I was on my feet less. It's disgusting that I had allowed that to happen. Congrats on your success, it ain't easy, you earned it.

No resolution, I could have a drink but it simply doesn't sound enjoyable. I'm not saying I'll never drink again, but if I can forget to do it, it must not be that fun.

Less talking, more doing. I have never discussed shit with my wife, she doesn't need to know nor does she want to. It takes time, and you have plenty of it...stay plan=go plan.

Good stuff, and well written. Those reading this should take advantage of all the Halloween stuff for sale right now, it's great for pranks. I taped a spider ring on the inside of my wife's lampshade next to the bed and forgot about it. A week later I got a text with a picture of it when I was out of town. Probably wasn't the only reason I got a BJ when I got home, but it didn't hurt.

It's really a turning point once you can appreciate the company of a good looking woman and know you could fuck her but just decide not to. Those that have plates are fine by me, and I enjoy their input, it's just not for me, I snagged a good one.

No, but I can appreciate women more for what they are, my wife included. Good looking women I mean, nobody got time for ugly bitches.

Your frame is you, or rather a confident you that views the world not as a scary place full of obstacles, but as a man that can take on anything. Stress becomes rare, and adversity simply a challenge. You compartmentalize what you need to do and start with the first step. I used to stress about stuff I needed to do, now I figure out step one and just do it. Bring it on.

These people saved me too. I was driving our marriage in a bad direction, and didn't understand why, or how, but could see it was me and who I'd become. I didn't do everything wrong, but the stuff I got right was only dumb luck.

I have learned her actions are a gauge, not a goal. I love the attention from her and other women, but I'm focusing on myself and getting shit done-punetang is just a bonus. ETA: I'm referring to other women's attention and flirting, no desire to cheat.

Put the guns down, the war you are fighting isn't against the world, it's against yourself. It's bloody, dirty, and some men don't make it out alive. But, if you are victorious, the citizens shall lay wreaths around your neck and swarm to welcome their hero.

In the context of the book, the character had fallen for a beautiful, but horrible and hateful woman. He loves her, she fucks around with his alpha brother that wants nothing to do with her, but ends up getting impregnated by the beta brother. She spends her entire pregnancy seething with anger and planning her escape, after giving birth, she shoots him and leaves him to raise twins, so she can go find some Chads. He is bitter for years, then one day, his friend beats the shit out of him for bei…

Thank you! I have embraced lifting and diet, so much so my wife has told me that I now inspire her. I didn't elaborate on it that much. I also got a mountain bike and cardio on my rest days. I guess maybe I'm my worst critic thinking that my physical attraction doesn't come into play as much as it really does? Thanks for the kind words!
