It's likely the milk that is causing it. Try using A2 milk. The A2 protein in it is more easily digestible but the cows that produce it produce less of it and so it is more expensive. Failing that, sit for 10 minutes after drinking to allow it to settle.

People's bodies are soft and chubby because they don't excersize and eat too much.

I am not a religious man and even I can see that it is no coincidence that we are beginning this journey on Ash Wednesday and living the message of reclaimed masculinity through lent, a period of fasting, or in our case, personal sacrifices. You lost me here.

McGregor believed more money would come, but he didnt know it. People know these stories when they ended happily but no one talks about the guy who got a contract, bought a BMW and then got a career ending injury a month later. People talk about the guy who risked it all to open a business and ended up a millionaire, not the 5 other dudes who did the same think only to become bankrupt. When it comes too money, applying an unreasonable abundance mentality may pay off but 9/10 it doesn't. Best men…

Some people do definitely seek the validation of other members and you can see that in the way they write their posts. But most just feel a passion for TRP and want to share that with others. Posting on here is like posting about on a wood making forum about a chair you made. It's human nature to want others to share your experience. At our core we all crave some sort of socio-emotional reciprocation when we tell others about any experience that involves the self. We can't start telling ourselve…

I'm not sure what exactly will happen with the wall. I don't think, even if something is built, it will be very effective anyway. If it is built, it will be mainly for symbolism I think. Even so, nothing wrong with the symbolism. I don't think he doesn't believe in the science. I think he's probably just not interested in looking after the environment, however I don't think he'll stop the trend of improving things on that front, just that he'll slow it down.

I like your comment about all men talking like that about women. I mean, what healthy heterosexual man wouldn't want to grab an attractive woman by the pussy? Leftists argue about the morality of the comment & hope that if they harp on enough men will start to feel guilt about their own biology. There's so many ways you can argue the stupidity of their complaining that I won't even bother to begin.

A lot of people see his relationship with Putin as a negative. Many think it shows that Trump must be as "bad" as Putin. However, in befriending Putin, he's managed to achieve a good relationship with a superpower, something that know one else has managed.

Very interesting post. People all too often look at this as black and white. IE we're right about everything and they're wrong about everything.

Don't be NICE to him. You can be kind, but not nice. Just be short with the guy and treat him like you don't care about him or notice him and he will start to seek your approval.

Reverse the tables. She thinks that you need her more than she needs you. Just ask "what do you want" and make her qualify herself. When she does say "im busy now ill text you later". Wait to see if she texts you again. If she doesn't, then she has no sexual interest in you and is using you purely for attention. If she does, then you've stoked the fire, but must continue to run hardcore asshole game until you fuck her again, at which point you can slightly milder asshole game.

Too many things could be happening that no one online can see. However, bare in mind that most of the girls at clubs are on a validation high and are just there to enjoy knowing every dude in the club wants to **** them and is giving them their undivided attention when she requires it. Get a guy who's observant and good with girls, explain the problem to him. Go clubbing with him and ask him to keep an eye out of it and if he can see why it is happening.

You should definitely not just do it unless she has also agreed the same. You don't want to be giving more to the relationship than her. And you shouldn't elevate her to LTR status or even suggest doing it. If she is too hypergamous and opportunistic for a good LTR, she will eventually become someone else's plate once she finds someone she thinks is more powerful than you. If she is suitable, she will bring up the subject, at which point you have the power in the negotiations over the status of …

I don't think it's a war with men or women; it's both. We are all competing with either sex for power in some way or another.

You competitiveness effects them negatively, so far as they see it. They subconsciously think this way, and it causes them some form of anxiety. An example could be: you've just started a new job in sales and you're the best salesman after 3 months in the job. Another guy who's been there two years is vying for the managers vacancy coming up in a couple of weeks and he thinks you might be threatening his progress. He might make passing comments about how you shouldn't take too many sales as ever…

He is no longer friendly bantering with you, he is trying to put you down. Doesn't matter why. He is no longer a social ally. He is now trying to push you down the social ladder so he can go up. Disengage with him. Ignore him as much as possible without giving the impression that he affects your mental state. You want it to appear as you have chosen to stop engaging with him because you are better than him, not because he has attacked you. Just act cool and be short with him.

Improve your physiological state, which will improve your psychological state. Four key areas which will have the greatest affect on your mood. First and foremost, get plenty of sleep and avoid drinking caffeine as much as possible, if not completely, as it greatly disturbs sleep. If you really have to drink it, don't have any after midday. Also try to read for an hour before bed with only a dim light on, NO SCREENS! The second most important is too exercise regularly & cardio is the best option…

Yeah acting very emotionally. The point of my comment wasn't to put him down but to think about why he did what he did. Personally, I think people that treat others poorly usually have personal problems that they project onto others which is why I said it. Constructive criticism is often misunderstood as an insult.

Just because people can have empathy for a woman, it doesn't make them a white knight on every occasion. Plus, the way you told the story and the way you framed it you made yourself sound like the bad guy. Rather than tell the truth which was that you let her down softly, you quoted yourself as saying "I don't enjoy sex with you any more" which is needlessly hurtful & which you didn't do, unassumingly because you knew this at the time.

Why your post is nonsense: You can meet people and have new experiences at any age. Most people tend to have more when they're younger because they realize that they would rather work toward long term happiness, ie saving for retirement rather than going clubbing every weekend, as they mature. God knows how many people have found viable LTR's in there 20's. Any woman of any age may be riding the CC behind your back. You can achieve this relatively easily if you try by your mid twenties. 5.If you…

That's actually a pretty cruel thing to do and a poor reflection on your mentality that you state it like a source of pride. I'm not saying what you did was wrong, but look at yourself and ask why you did it. It seems psychologically unhealthy to me that you would rather be honest and cruel than tell a simple lie to avoid hurting someones feelings. Even to red pill men, this story would make you an undesirable friend due to what seems like a tendency to not care for others.
