Paul does not reject circumcision in the manner you imply, he states that circumcision is now a matter of the heart and not of the flesh because Christ died for us. Furthermore, whatever has significance in the NT has precedence in the OT. Which means that since the Jews were circumcised to set themselves apart from pagan and other cultures, it was also implemented to curb animal lust. What does that mean? Although the act is visually disgusting, I being a Christian, see and understand a large theological purpose for male circumcision. I'm sorry we disagree, but male and female circumcision are separate identities.
