Little quirky reminders of happy times is not a bad idea. You've been with her for 6 years before..perhaps send her a text or e-mail or picture or other media/physical gifts like once every other week to remind her of you and how awesome you are. Worst case scenario, send her a pic of your wang.

So you're suggesting that guys on this subreddit are looking for HB9 and 10's to bang and that's it? I wasn't sure if this subreddit solely promoted banging no strings attached. Not saying banging hot 9's and 10's isn't a logical want that guys have, but i figured they'd want something of substance from the game as well.

I'm going from my best friend's game. He often has a gf and still flirts with other women. He gets away with it because he's infinitely loyal and makes his gf feel like gold and flirting is just part of his personality. However, the women he flirts with all fall for him. At least that's how he keeps his game up.

He always diverts the conversation or just doesn't respond to me when i try to approach him with these issues, and I'm a very close to the guy... oh well. It's his thing.

I've been seeing a lot of AA being spoken about in seddit, which is very useful! My friend has a bit of AA, but I think his main problem is that he's very stubborn when it comes to letting people know who he really is. He likes to put on an act of calm and collection and it comes off as awkward so everyone is taken aback by it. He also has issues with after the initial introduction, what do you say??? Not only that but he has a hard time taking advice because he comes from a family background of…

Have you tried just being honest with her about your feelings and voicing them? If you guys are so close, she should understand your POV. I don't think game theory relates so much to very close relationships. She's your best friend, right? So she probably knows more or less about how you think or feel. Just be upfront with your feelings about liking her and also telling her that you're aware she's not over the ex and work it out. Awkwardness really only happens if you let it for the most part. I…

If you choose to not cheat then you should just make a lot of girl friends and practice your game with them. Objective is to make them want you...BAD. It's funny when you know you're not interested in them, and they should "know" that since you have a LTR.

Yea, anecdotally my perception is not "normal" in that most girls i know of would protest seddit outright. I'm looking at it from an objective and practical perspective, which seems to be the right way of looking at it. You're looking for a result, well, this place will give you some tools. Cause and effect.

Women are insecure for a whole plethora of reasons starting right from the get go, but that's for another subreddit. I was lurking reddit (relatively new to the community). This is my first and only account that I'm using and I was looking around and stumbled upon some interesting posts in this subreddit. I also have a friend that has been having issues for years meeting people and finding courage to approach women, so I subscribed for him initially. I'm staying for myself because I like to anal…

Mmm, that's also fair. Maybe i need to lurk more to feel out the population. Different culture. I haven't seen that kind of shy myself, so that image was not the first thing that came to mind. Edit: I meant different culture within this subreddit.

I understand that perspective fully, and I think i get that assumption from people often in reality. But here are my retorts: Even if seddit is full of cocky confident guys, I am willing to wager that there is still a significant population within the UN-written community that ARE shy and are only here to learn rather than post. Considering your assumptions are correct, so what? Troll argument is moot because you can say that about any internet post, and if for nothing else, if I really AM a gir…

It's a moral dilemma. You said generally that shyness should be removed. I would naturally be inclined to agree, but if you dig deeper into thinking about removing certain character traits of people, you'd take away a lot of value. The main point I'm trying to make is even negative behavior is learned from because someone somewhere will see it differently and something of merit or value will come of it. Shyness, for example, is endearing to me, and I'm turned off by men who are too outgoing beca…

I've had to say that a lot, but i just continue the conversation anyway and we end up just enjoying each others company. Only about 2 times has someone known about my SO and completely just dropped their interest in me.

My perception of myself is kind of skewed. Most women are very insecure about their looks as is (due to many variables), so i really can't rank myself on the scale. However, I will say that many people have given me compliments. I'm of petite build and of Asian descent with no visible defects.

Slowly, I'm thinking everything has its place. Even things that I hate in people have some kind of value because it forces someone else to see things differently.

I see your P.O.V. From lurking Seddit it just seemed like a lot of people are trying really hard to throw themselves into the game, and I figured there were probably a lot of shy men that aren't making posts. My intention was just to say that there are women out there who won't react poorly to advances (really, that goes without saying, but I wanted to encourage a certain audience to not be bogged down by other people's horror stories).

Fear of BF shouldn't be an issue as long as he's not insane (you're just a passer by trying to meet people). And yea...i have a hard time meeting nice ladies myself. I generally go by how warmly someone smiles and how they treat people in the customer service industry.

Re-reading my own post, I don't want to insinuate that I support douch bag behaviors. I guess a better way of taking what I wrote is that you don't want to be what "most girls" want, because they are still girls. Just be yourself and don't try TOO hard. You'll only be happy in a relationship that's founded on honesty to others and yourself.

Yea, and listen to afungi. This is a VERY small sample size we're talking here, and I could potentially be an outlier! Shit son!

Absolutely, and I get it. I try to mention the boy thing when i can so I don't seem too pretentious or presumptuous though. However, as a retort, making friends is always good. If they can't get with me (or THE female), they can get with the female's hypothetical friends!

Looks aren't really that important at all to me. I work at a gym so i see "attractive" men all the time, but i don't really give a shit about them until they give me a reason to with their personality. Honestly, if you're a nice guy that knows something about something, it ups you on the scale like 5 points. Also, I don't have girl friends AT ALL, so I honestly couldn't tell you what girls want. From my observations though, they seem to dig douchey guys that treat them badly. As for myself, the …

Totally with the outlook bit! I've engaged in A LOT of lengthy discussions that usually ended with the gentleman telling me about his life (often times serious topics too). I'm a big supporter of just listening to PEOPLE, but i always find it respectable when a man nuts up and approaches a girl. I want nice guys to know that not all girls are stuck up and that a moderately attractive female can be compassionate as well. Everyone gets one.

I think people have a stigma about behavioral analysis and seeing "normal human interactions" as something controllable. It's only pathetic and predatory if the user has that kind of mindset. I've been trying to get my buddy to come on seddit forever now and he hasn't complained.

Play it cool. Give her "the time of day" but don't overindulge her with compliments or affection. Enjoy the time you spend with her, but show your independence and confidence. Panties = soaked. Profit.
