Uppers probably, even just caffeine. I used to function on high levels of caffeine easy until I had some issues with anxiety and meds, now I can barely have a cup without feeling awful and crashing after. I can't use it as a tool anymore. I know a therapist who just went on Adderall to keep up with her two jobs, doesn't sleep much either. All she had to do is tell her doctor she was too tired and unfocused to do her job.
