As if the majority of women want to pay for their own drinks. Even when they have girls' nights out, they argue about who is not paying their share of the bill.

Gives credence to the "women cannot be satisfied" meme. A funny recent example is Bumble, the dating app. It's whole schtick was that women made the first move. Which, I imagine, was because they felt dudes were being too thirsty. So now, when they match, they have to start the conversations. Guess what? Women complained and felt it was too much of a burden to be expected to initiate all the time. You can't make this stuff up.

Pretty much every male space has been taken over by women. Even the fucking Boy Scouts have to allow girls to join now. Girl Scouts are still only for girls, though.

How else would you describe a man who's 350lbs and 6'-8"? The motherfucker is big and tall. The two simplest, and the most accurate adjectives to describe him.

You're in your Red Pill rage, and you'll be best advised to chill since you're screaming at the sky here. There are no perfect solutions. Only trade offs. The solutions you want will require walking back a lot of rights and privileges that women enjoy right now. Not only would they not go for it, but there's a huge swathe of men who will stand beside them to make sure it never happens. How do you even begin to fight for the rights of a group that most of society thinks is already privileged? It'…

Glad you took something from what I said. Stoic philosophy saved me. No joke. I have some posts over on the Stoicism subreddit back when I went there often a few years back. I dealt with job loss (my business failed) and the ensuing marital troubles. Struggled to get back on my feet. Then COVID a year later. Was able to keep my head above water, but it's been a tough road. Centering myself through Stoic teaching was what kept me going. It certainly wasn't the companionship of the woman I'm marri…

They've done a number on you if you think we're the same. Among a plethora of other things, the mere fact that I don't bleed through my dick for 5 days out of every month for ~40 years is proof positive we're not the same. Beyond that, if we're the same, it would mean that either we're more like women, or they're more like men. In neither of these scenarios are the majority of humans going to be happy. Why would I want a woman who was just like a man? Women have shown categorically that they wan…

but then you started talking about hookups, which is different. I'm not talking about hookups. Exchanging sex for money isn't what I consider a "hookup". Sperm is cheap, eggs are expensive. Men and women both have urges but, biologically, they're not the same. It's the ONLY reason women can even sell sex. If we wanted it to the same degree, then sex work would either disappear, or be evenly split. Try selling some dick and see how far that'll get you. Most of us couldn't give it away even if we …

It's not worth it. That's the short answer. You've already figured most of life out. If no one else has told you, well, you're hearing it here now. You're winning. Before my rambling starts, I have to ask, what is it that you're really wanting to accomplish by dating? You sound like a guy who has his shit together: stable career that you could do for the next 40 years easily (barring injury), sound like you have your fitness in order, you have connections to other men and your family. You also d…

No, you don't need to commit a substantial part of yourself, and your efforts for sex. In other, more healthy parts of the world, a few bucks to release the tension is understood as a fair trade. Frankly, if your country wasn't so bent out of shape over paying for sexual access*, then men might not feel as depressed. And, let's face it, men who are in relationships, or married, pay A LOT MORE for sexual access than those who straight up choose a sex worker. Many of them are paying and aren't eve…

No, they said the thing that answers your question. What you're doing is trying to make this a failure of the individual. Which is fine, but you then miss the broader implications. Women, especially when they're in the ovulation/fertile phase of their cycle, are more likely to have extramarital affairs. When they do, they typically choose men who are more fit/are taller/are wealthier/or just appear more virile than their partners.

I'm red-pilled, though I'm not a big fan of Tate, but his message is mostly solid. The society we live in now just doesn't want that message to propagate. These young men clearly realize there's something missing between how they feel and what society has been telling them. The rise of single mother households is definitely a phenomenon that's relevant. As far as I'm concerned, women cannot raise men. Certaintly not the kind of men worth a damn. Men need their tribes. Boys need the bonding that …

I agree to an extent. But I also worry about how many of these young men seem completely uncalibrated and unprepared for the world. They've been raised weak, and emotional and just don't seem to have the backbone needed to make it in this life as a man.

I was better off than I’d ever been financially just four years post divorce because I was forced to address some poor spending habits and also had enough free time to work two jobs for a while. It's always cool to hear this. I feel like many men find renewed purpose once they no longer have dead weight dragging them down.

Whatever you do, under no circumstances should you let her know any of this. What you are missing is an idealized version of her. As men, we love idealistically. It's quite pure. Women don't seem capable of loving us the same. It's at the heart of why we sacrifice so much for our families, and others, really. That ideal you are thinking of is dead. It likely was never real on her end anyway. I don't have much for you, but you need to exorcise that particular demon as quickly as possible so you c…

I'll say this, until you've both been cheated on as well as (and this is even more important ) been the other man for a cheating woman, then you really won't understand how women can operate. Being suspicious rarely comes out of thin air. There's often signs of behavioral change. This is never anything to ignore. As an anecdote, my wife cheated early on in our marriage. We'd been trying for a child in the same period of time and she got pregnant. I didn't even find out on my own. If there were s…

Humans have an innate drive for companionship. That isn't changing. I covered this. We want it, but you don't always get what you want. It's almost as if we're not on a forum where hundreds of young men are complaining about being unable to find companionship. You think this will magically improve without some massive external force? If you do, then I have a bridge to sell you.

Traditional masculinity is not performative. It is functional. I don't know where this idea that lifting weights is traditional masculinity. Traditional masculinity is what built the house you live in, the roads you drive on and the grew and delivered the food that is on your plate. None of that is oppressive to women. You are not here commenting from the comfort of your home without masculinity creating the world for that to happen. The very fact that you believe this is what is oppressive is p…

Again, you've been misled about what TRP is about. Honestly, I don't think young men should be deep into it. I'm 42 and had been married for 17 years. When you've had as much experience under your belt, TRP clears up a LOT of things. Most men who get to being red pilled have been around the block a bit and can truly relate to what TRP says about women's nature. Regarding the texting, you can't control that. You need to have an abundance mindset. If she decides to stop texting you altogether, no …

So what is the issue then? Go where you're appreciated. There's almost as many Latin women (300million or so) as people in the US.

I'd come back with news from the future but the DeLorean is in the shop. It's more extrapolation of current realities and their trends. Marriage rates have been falling steadily. Nothing suggests that will change. At a survival level, individual men and women just don't need each other as much any more. Women are earning their own money and can support themselves. And the government provides for some of the other needs that are unmet. Nobody is even having kids, so that's moot. The more economic…

You know the irony is that your last paragraph is at the core of TRP. Working on building yourself and living as the best version of you, whether women are involved or not.

I'm glad they're was that particular comment in this thread. Because having read your post, it just seemed to me you didn't quite understand what TRP is about. Like the poster above you said, it's about seeing things for what they are. The real problem is that you're inexperienced. You said you haven't talked about being exclusive yet. So why are you behaving like you are? Until that conversation is had, you need to acknowledge that she might be seeing other people. And she is perfectly in her r…

So basically there's no winning with the DNA testing, since men are basically shamed for asking for them. I can guarantee that just about every one that came back and he wasn't the biological father, the mother swore that she never cheated. Trust is important, but there's almost no equivalent situation one can compare to paternity fraud. You can even be legally required to support a child that's not yours depending on where you live, and how long before you found out. That's a lot of responsibil…

While you're right overall, the idea that you can get anyone to be loyal or to lovingly devote themselves to you is as much a pipe dream as whatever some of the red pill grifters are selling. Best you can do is to do your part and hope it's reciprocated.

It's a shame there are so many terrible characters in the manosphere, and young guys without much experience suffer the most. I don't think TRP was ever meant for young men. Most older guys get there after having been beaten up by life a bit. I certainly was. And it's this experience and some hindsight that you can look back and see some of the mistakes you made and why your relationships failed. Most often it's not because "woman bad", but because you didn't show up and handle things as your be…

Lol. Monogamy without societal enforcement just doesn't work. And it's not exclusively the domain of men to break oaths, even with the hardwiring. It's hard work putting up with the crap of another person (and they yours) for the rest of your life.

It's harder for a lot of reasons. Here's one: We are now in a global dating marketplace. I'm in my 40s. When I was a young adult, you dated people in your vicinity: college, church, village, town, work. Maybe you might meet a new girl when you spent the summer with your cousins in another city. But by and large, the pool was small. Maybe a few hundred, that all the other guys were also competing for. Fast forward to now, and a small town girl can be chatted up by men 5000 miles away. If she's re…

This is not true, and will only get worse. Most people will be single (or unpartnered as they say) in the future. But that's a bigger topic to be honest.

All that to say it is indeed harder in the current societal set up?

The research backs this up. Certainly among young adults, more young women are in relationships than young men are. Whether by dating older or by sharing desirable men. Added to the fact that young men (and women really) lack social skills. Historically, most men never even reproduced (some say only 40% ever did). Many would have died in war or from work, during a hunt, or after being sold into slavery. Even looking at the last 2 world wars, millions of 18 and 19 year old men (boys, really) neve…

Stoicism, as a way of living, addresses this very directly. The entire point being that you work from the inside out, not the other way around.
