If you're going into mediation, make sure you ask for 50/50 if that is an issue from the start skip mediation and get an attorney right away. Don't wasted energy and resources.

I'm going through the same thing but my boys are older 9 & 5. so they have more saying and they always want to go with me. In few occasions she refused so I don't make a big deal and leave without them. Here is the trick I record everything and make notes of every interaction. Tell your attorney.
