There are also women that have been accused of sexual molestation that never been charged due to their female privilege and most people here (myself included) feel that they should have. ditto for false accusers that haven't been tried even though evidence seems to indicate their guilt (i.e. the woman that accused Bryan Banks). This sub needs to be more consistent on this.

To be fair, there is a huge difference between asking someone to waive the statute of limitations and removing/ignoring it, as the title gets very wrong. With that said, this is a very blatant baiting tactic from Alfred to get Cosby to agree to a legal duel. I can't see it being effective, but it is still unbecoming.

Dunham's behavior continued until she was 17. I have been banned from posting in either subreddit. Also, there is no point questioning people that are ignorant and biased. The same people that criticize government stats that don't work in their favor have no problem citing misleading ones that work to their advantage. The only solution is to point out the bullshit so we can convince other people that the "99% of rapists are men" argument is erroneous.

The commentrs in the thread are against the fact that they guy was forced to do this and stated that they are against him being forced to pay child support and be held to a different standard than a woman would.
