Dont worry, I don't feel insulted or berated knowing that I value people's morals and opinions over their looks. It's good to not compress people solely to their physical appearance, cheers.

I'm not just my looks, I'm more than how I look. If you are someone who pursues other people just because of their looks, then that's shallow. And life isn't just about procreation buddy, if you want to live with someone, their values matter, and I'm sorry you lack that.

That logic doesn’t hold up. You saying “if everyone is shallow, then no one is” is like saying “if everyone lies, then lying isn’t wrong.” It just excuses the problem. Men liking “hot women” and women liking “men with resources” aren't equivalent preferences, they're socialized patterns reinforced by culture, media, and power dynamics. Attraction is natural, but when it consistently reduces people to looks or wealth, that's shallow, because it overlooks character, compatibility, values, and emot…

Everyone is inherently shallow whether they want to believe it or not.

It sucks because the majority of people are not as attractive as they think they are. Attractive men and women have life in easy mode and it's not something they worked hard for, they were blessed with it. Your logic about good nutrition is flawed, just because someone has the most luxurious and nutritious life doesn't automatically mean they're attractive because that makes every rich person attractive but that's not true, is it?

It's popular knowledge that both men and women prefer to look at or date other attractive men/women. Even though it sucks, that's just how the world works. Pretty people have advantages that ugly people don't.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
