The reasoning is that part of why he is worth $800M is her contributions to the family. Wether it's true or not, it's the assumption. Most states also assume that after 20 years, it's hard for a woman to remarry. Now her lawyer can ask but the judge may give her $150M and no support, it's all very exotic at that level

People misunderstand precedent. District/Circuit court hears the facts and applies the law. While other district judges will look at other previous district cases, they aren't bound by them. Appeals courts look at the legal reasoning and apply legal analysis and set the law. You can lose hundreds of cases at district court and it won't matter. lose one at appeals court and it does, you either change prosecutions from that point on or you redraft the law at the legislature.

Nevertheless the ones who were on the front were pretty fierce I would not have wanted to be anywhere in line of sight around any of those female snipers And even the WACs had some dangerous jobs training pilots and transporting aircraft Flying brand new aircraft is a dangerous job they were not well built and you found out in the first 100 hours how good a job had been done

Wikipedia says pavlichenko had 300 kills Given the nature of the war and the fact they had women in all sorts of front line roles I think history supports the records of these brave women I knew a lot of Russians of that era and they were fierce people even as old men and women

while you could possibly litigate for breach of contract as a "Third Party Beneficiary", I think the doctrine of "Judicial economy" would make a court unlikely to hear this. Just as courts will not interfere in sporting contests or academic decisions, I think any court would refuse this case.
