I think it's dumb that people make this lifelong commitment and then realize they can't walk away scott-free. She deserves $15M because they made life arrangements, whatever it may be, knowing that he was making dough. We don't know the magnitude of compromises that happened behind closed doors. Also, marital law has been this way for a long time. High-income earners need to know this before getting married. Being ignorant of the law doesn't mean the law shouldn't apply.
