Lol, Although I'm sure this works for some, but it isn't cure all. I run long distance track and cross country in college, and it hasn't gotten better. I'll run 90-120 minutes daily along with moderate use of the weight room. And I still get depressed episodes. Meditation occurs during the run, as there isn't anything else to do. I hate how all anyone does on this sub, is see a "success" and label it as red pill. This fictional story isn't about alpha getting beta's wife. And it shouldn't be labeled as such. Between this and all of the "this TV show is so rp", it has turn the red pill to trash.

Good idea. When submitting the weekly post, there should be a clear direction with the topic. A resolution to affirm by TRP and have each sides weigh in the discussion without much circle jerk to start with.

Lol, Well it might be intended for those people also. But you can always improve yourself. I never had a problem with it. But masturbating doesn't add anything to your life. And it takes time that could be spent on other things.

Let me tell you why I down voted you. 1) Post like these are making this sub into a redundant spew of circle jerking advice. 2) This post offers real no insight into how to interact with the women. Rather a way of testing them in a 'holier than thou' aspect. 3) What you said was completely obvious. Anyone who goes on a date will look for certain qualities they find attractive and base judgment on those. Yours however are very shallow and demeaning.
