Depending on your source. That's the problem with rape stats. Men severely under report due to social stigma and issues within the legal system, women vastly over report with cases often being dismissed or overturned later. Things that should be counted as rape usually don't and are charged as other crimes (i.e. blackmail).

That would be nice except employers are so fixated on diversity hires that often unqualified people get hired into positions they have no business in, which hurts only everyone else doing their jobs properly as they will have to fix the fuck ups. The problem actually starts further upstream with colleges feeling the need to offer free education to every non white, Asian, male just because of those factors. Not saying every non white and Asian is dumb as there are plenty of dumb whites and Asians…

It's not racist at all. I am a volunteer firefighter and live in a very heavily minority populated area. It is not unusual for us to have 30+ people apply to join and come to an orientation and nearly all of them are inelgible due to a crime committed in the past. It's the reality of minority neighborhoods and is something that needs to be addressed by those minorities community leaders.

note to all, just because it is "open" to women does not mean that they are going to put the bar (for physical or mental standards) lower. so in all reality this really does not mean anything because the phyiscal and mental standards required with these positions are to high for a majority of woman in the military. No im not being sexist, I have wittnessed this first hand. You can likely expect 1 out of 100 women to be accepted into a combat postion due to requirements.

Also women earn less because they are less valuible in the american job market. When a woman gets pregnant the govermant says that leagaly she has to be able to take materinty leave and the company can't fire her and usally that is a significant amount of time that the company can take a loss on (for training and manpower as a whole).
