Agree but should be noted not to rely on ioi's before approaching. In my experience if you wait for a girl to give you an ioi before approaching she's usually going to be a 7 or below, and some of the hottest girls I've gotten didn't even notice me before approaching.

I think it's really important to decisively not smile when someone makes a stupid joke. Otherwise you are encouraging them to rape your ears with cringe, also they will eventually smarten up when they see people not laughing at their jokes.

Is 5x5 Stronglifts a good way to get to intermediate level? I've been doing PPL 6 day split for the past 6 months and put on 6-8lb of muscle then lost 30lbs of (i think) mostly fat but I feel a 6day split just isn't practical for a cut/recovery while trying to go sub 15%. I also don't want to lose any of my humble gains. About 15-16% bodyfat.
