1	Friendly advice I won't argue the point any further. If MRM is more of an idealistic organization then a pragmatic one, so be it. On circumcision, I don't accept as fact there are no medical benefits. Even if that were the case, is that enough to infringe on parental rights or religion? 1	Friendly advice OK, so you seem to be saying only people with certain responsibilities should have the right to vote. Again, that's not mainstream. So why alienate people? It's so easy to bring people around on alimony or child custody or the Equal Pay nonesense. Why not focus on that like a laser? Also, the circumcision thing is out there; violates parental rights and likely to alienate a whole lot of conservatives as well as libertarians and even some liberals.	/r/MensRights	19/11/15 04:49 AM
1	Friendly advice I actually conflated suffragettes and suffragists. You may be right on the former. But I'm not saying, necessarily, she should have thanked the suffragettes-only that there was no need to speak at length about how it wasn't the suffragettes who enfranchised women. 1	Friendly advice To be clear, I think you're right on the issues. I'm just saying what I think is the best way for winning. For example, I think social security should be voluntary. But I wouldn't say that If I were running for office because it would never happen and therefore is just an abstract position. So why alienate voters? For our purposes, what's the difference who was responsible for enfranchising women 100 yrs. ago? We want to change wrongs that are occurring now. Maybe you're right.
