4	She cheated she wants divorce This is a great list. I'll add, if you have direct deposit to have that changed, too. I ended up negotiating half. EVERYONE said that was an amazing deal for me. Maybe push for more than half and "settle" for half. But honestly we are probably way ahead of you here. I remember the first couple weeks walking around in a haze. Focus on #5 above. 1	Why not move out? She left me and the kids. So I will thank her for doing 90% of the work. Technically one is 16 and one is 18 so I should say "She left me and our son" ... but I'm still thinking emotionally abandoned and not legally abandoned which I need to start thinking about.
