As an 0341 Marine Mortarman (2004-2008), you are correct and I noticed that as well. A true United States Marine would NEVER refer to his brothers as "soldiers" or himself as an "ex-Marine". I'm not sure if the Royal Marines have the same customs, so there is always that possibility.

So you are lifting 4 times a week now and noticed a difference in gains? I've been doing StrongLifts 5x5 3 times a week and was thinking of switching to Mon/Tue Thur/Fri instead of Mon, Wed, Fri.

As an 0341 (2004-2008) that deployed 2 120mm mortar systems on the side of a mountain in the Korengal valley for 2 weeks, I would love to see them struggle to get that gear up there. Standards will be lowered to meet an invisible quota which will make units less effective overall. With Afghanistan winding down, standards should be getting increased overall. I too, am glad that I am out. These wookies will be a liability.

I have not heard of a vasectomy dropping testosterone before. Do you have an article or something to share about it? I did a quick google search and didn't find anything except some articles saying there may be a slight increase in testosterone. From a physical standpoint, I don't see how it would affect it.
