Lol, I was a professional mover for years and even when I did side jobs I wouldn't charge less than $90 per hour (which would be split between me and one or two other guys). Professionally, the companies would generally charge around $120 per hour and then the cost increases from there depending on how many stories tall the buildings were, plus gas and materials costs. $20 per hour is SUPER cheap.

I've been to absolutely loads of frat parties when I was younger and I wasn't even in college at that point much less in a frat. It's as easy as someone mentions a party happening down the street at the frat house and then you walk there, walk in and head for the keg. Maybe you just aren't adventurous enough to have actually tried, but I've never had anyone stop me for anything more than a few bucks for a refillable red Solo cup.

As far as I am aware estate tax only occurs on accounts that total over $5.45 million and only takes 40%. So, I'm not sure if your friend was really rich or if you're using the wrong words. Inheritance tax is much lower than that and varies depending on who the beneficiary is and the state you are in, but in my area the max on an inheritance is 15%. Only the top 0.2% of Americans pay estate tax. I do not know what it may be though if you are speaking of someplace outside the US.
