While I appreciate your response I have to disagree based on experience. I've worked several high paying 80+ hour jobs leaving no free time and my soul was as empty as can be. Distraction has exhausted itself for me.

This is spot on, and these responses are amazing since: This is my first post on Reddit and /r/redpill In real life no ones gives a shit about me because they're either jealous betas or bitchy women who try to tear me down. In fact, since I had the moment where I realized my ego and everyone's opinions are bullshit, I feel like everyone's after me / paranoia. Relieving to meet people over the Internet who understand which also helps me not want to kill myself.

I like this. I'll have to find a guide.

This is truly inspiring and changed my mood. Back to deep meditation for me. To your point, when you experience reality without thought, you prove to yourself there is something that exists and changes outside of you. Thank you.

Thank you. I'd like to agree helping people is the right way. Perhaps diet, exercise and life situations are causing the problem, and less of a existential problem. "Master, life is meaningless!" - Monk in Training ::Hits Monk in Training with Stick:: "If life is meaningless, why did that hurt?"

Hmm, I guess it's like The Matrix (lol) once you're out of the box you can't go back in. Most religions seem to admit that to some degree and say "Make other people happy," but then there's also the Brian Jones's of the world. For tl;dr, fuck bitches, stack paper.

I haven't but many people I've met playing music suggested it. They all knew of someone who literally lost their mind on something, which is why I don't try it (a few beers and I'm ugly for days) but they have said it helps their perception immensely.

I run and do yoga in the morning, but I agree that better diet and intense workout would benefit greatly. Any good references to get back into it? When I get back on my feet I want to do Krav Maga. Kick that existential angst right in the dick.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
