1	How to actually start waking up early (5AM) without feeling tired. For me, %90+ of these experiences are happening around summertime. I use the rest of the year to build for summer. 1	March 03 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread 2 weeks of meal prep done. After this week will have come back on all my lifts from a 6 week setback of illness (wash your hands folks). 1/4 way on my summer cut. After this Sun, working set lifts are at: 155lbs OHP 225 Bench 315 squat 405 deadlift added chinups in the mix as a main lift as well. The goal is to get to .66x bodyweight.
